PHYSICAL THERAPY & AQUATIC THERAPY

Our Physical Therapists work with you on a one-to-one basis to develop, progress and guide you through a therapy plan specific to your recovery needs and goals.

DRY NEEDLING

Our physical therapists can offer dry needling as part of your full treatment plan. Dry needling is a technique that involves inserting very small, thin needles into a muscle “trigger point,” which is the point in a muscle where pain can originate.

SPEECH THERAPY & NEUROLOGICAL REHABILITATION

Our Speech Therapists offers therapy assistance to all ages in the following areas:

JOINT REPLACEMENT

Our approach to therapy after joint replacement is comprehensive and aggressive, intending to help your body heal properly following surgery. We work with you while in the hospital after surgery and in our outpatient clinics to minimize pain, improve mobility and return you to your normal activities. Our highly trained therapists will be with you every step of the way.

SPORTS MEDICINE

We utilize the expertise of certified athletic trainers, physicians of various specialties and physical therapists to get you back in the game as soon as physically possible.

PARKSINSON'S PROGRAM

Through Helen Keller Hospital there is help available to bridge the gap in care and better manage health throughout the lifespan of Parkinson's Disease. PD Professionals and services are available and will be arranged after the initial consultation.
